Casimir on loan at Dynamo Moscow; Placide leaves Bastia for Borgo

Two transfer stories dominate today's cycle. Josué Casimir is the lead: after one season at AJ Auxerre (26 appearances, 1 goal), the 24-year-old forward has departed Ligue 1 on loan to Dynamo Moscow in the Russian top flight, as confirmed by Le Nouvelliste on 10 September 2026. The move follows a summer in which Auxerre had already lost Francisco Sierralta, with L'Équipe first reporting Casimir's Russia interest before the deal was sealed.

The second notable story concerns Johny Placide. Transfermarkt records show the veteran goalkeeper — 84 caps for Haiti, now 38 — left SC Bastia on 1 July 2026 and has joined FC Borgo in France's fourth-tier National 1 Group A. Bastia remains in Ligue 2, where Placide had made more than 60 saves last season per Le Nouvelliste.
