Delcroix anchors Lugano's European surge; Bellegarde starts Wolves win
Hannes Delcroix is the standout Grenadier of this cycle. The FC Lugano defender has been in remarkable form across both European and domestic fronts. Most recently, he started Lugano's UEFA Conference League away victory at Getafe on 22 October, a convincing 5-2 win, his second consecutive start in the competition following a 3-2 home win over RSB on 15 October (ESPN). That European run comes off the back of a hat-trick against Lausanne-Sport in the Swiss Super League on 20 September — an eye-catching individual moment for the centre-back that drew wide coverage (Yahoo Sports / AP). Lugano are an established Conference League force this autumn, and Delcroix is central to their campaign.
Jean-Ricner Bellegarde provides the second strong club note. The Wolverhampton midfielder started Saturday's EFL Championship win over Watford (1-0, 26 October), contributing two shots and committing one foul, picking up no card — his third start in four Championship fixtures (ESPN). Wolves have won two of their last three league outings, with Bellegarde a consistent presence in Gary O'Neil's engine room.
On the national-team ledger, Haiti sit second in CONCACAF Nations League Group A with nine points from four matches (W3 D0 L1), one behind leaders Curaçao on ten. The group stage is complete; no next window has been announced.
