Delcroix's hat-trick headlines; squad roster moves pile up across Europe

Hannes Delcroix leads this brief. The FC Lugano defender scored a hat-trick in the Swiss Super League against Lausanne-Sport on 20 September, with Lugano going on to record a 5-2 UEFA Conference League win at Getafe (22 Oct) and a 3-2 home win over RSB (15 Oct) — both fixtures Delcroix started. Lugano sit top of the Swiss Super League and are progressing in Europe; Delcroix, formerly of Anderlecht and Burnley under Vincent Kompany, is their defensive linchpin and occasional goalscoring weapon.

Elsewhere, several roster moves have reshaped the squad picture. Jean-Kévin Duverne (canonical: La Gantoise) has since moved to Omonia Nicosia after returning to Nantes; note the canonical listing stands. Don Deedson Louicius has transferred from FC Dallas to FC Sochaux-Montbéliard (Ligue 2), per MLS Soccer. Josué Casimir left AJ Auxerre on a season-long loan to Dynamo Moscow, per Yahoo Sports/L'Équipe. Dominique Simon departed Tatran Prešov for Hatta (UAE) in September 2026.

Carlens Arcus started in Angers SCO's 2-0 Ligue 1 defeat at Lyon on 1 November; he has started every recent league fixture for a side that is struggling in mid-table. Derrick Etienne Jr. came on as a substitute in Toronto FC's 3-1 MLS loss at Atlanta on 1 November.

On the national team front, Haiti's last competitive outing was a 2-0 CONCACAF Nations League defeat to Costa Rica on 4-5 October, following the remarkable 4-1 win in Santo Domingo on 1 October. The next Nations League window is not yet confirmed.

Manno Sanon, the goal that silenced Italy

Haiti's only World Cup. Sanon beat Dino Zoff and ended 1,142 minutes of Italian invincibility — still the standard the Grenadiers chase.
