Jean-Jacques stars as Philadelphia Union hit five for second time in a week
Danley Jean-Jacques is the standout Grenadier of the moment. The Philadelphia Union midfielder has started all four of their last four MLS matches — and the Union have won every single one. He scored in the 2-0 victory over Montreal on 5 September, then contributed an assist in a 3-1 win at New York Red Bulls on 29 August. Most strikingly, Philadelphia have now beaten FC Cincinnati 5-0 (9 September) and San Diego 5-0 (13 September) in consecutive matches, with Jean-Jacques starting both. The Union appear firmly in the hunt for a top MLS playoff seed.
